Jan Holland, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
For more than 27 years, Jan Holland has been a builder of businesses. His senior leadership experience comprises the areas of capital markets, stewardship and governance, finance, risk management, business strategy, sales, marketing, brand creation, supply chain development and operations. From 2008 to 2012, Jan was a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Willowgrove Hill, producers of the first and only pork in North America to be nutritionally enriched with DHA/EPA Omega-3 fatty acids. Implementing a creative business strategy, Jan rebranded this B2B enterprise, secured private financing to expand production capacity
four-fold, and created an innovative sales and marketing platform –stewarding a growing distribution network across Canada, with inroads into Mexico and leads in the United States and Asia. From 2000 to 2012, Jan was a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Tricycle Asset Management Corporation, a Commodity Pool Operator, where he was a pioneer in the establishment of the managed futures industry in Canada. Jan’s prior capital markets experience includes Vice President and Director, Alternative Assets at Burns Fry Limited and BMO Nesbitt Burns, and Founding Partner, Vice President and Director of MoneyLogic Group Inc., a Commodity Pool Operator. A Chartered Accountant, Jan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Nick Holland, CA, Chief Financial Officer
Nick has over 40 years of experience in finance and administration. From 2005 to 2012, he was CFO of Tricycle Asset Management Corporation, a Commodity Pool Operator. He also oversees his family’s investments, which include marketable securities and real estate. Nick is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

Mike Holland, P. Eng, President, Sales and Engineering
Since joining DP Cast in 1985, Mike has directed the Company's global sales and business strategy, creating a foothold for its North American aerospace, nuclear and industrial client base. His engineering expertise has influenced not only the custom parts that DP Cast produces for its varied clientele, but also the process engineering and operations management of the facility. Mike is a licensed member of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Doug Arstad, Plant Manager
As Plant Manager, Doug leverages his considerable skill sets to monitor processes, materials and quality control; problem solves through expert analysis; and oversees workflow to enhance the overall customer experience. Prior to this role, Doug’s vast experience includes seven years at DP Cast, as Foundry Methods Engineer and Quality Control Manager and eight years at Pratt & Whitney Canada in progressive roles as Senior Buyer and Procurement Specialist. Doug was also a Buyer of castings and forgings at Rolls Royce Canada; and since 1996 has owned a business manufacturing both fine art sculpture and reproduction components for antique aircraft, automobiles and marine craft, using the investment casting process. Among Doug’s varied certifications are Level III examiner for RT, F.P.I. and M.P.I. nondestructive test methods and Level III Radiography, Fluorescent Penetrant and Magnetic Particle.

Joe Borges, Sales
Joe levers more than 20 years of experience in commercial and non-commercial casting sales to support the growth of the business. In his role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships, generating new sales opportunities, communicating product solutions, and managing customer agreements. Prior to joining DP Cast in July of 2016, Joe was a Sales Administrator at Alcoa Howmet.

Brent Rodgers, Tooling Manager
Brent is responsible for the maintenance of DP Cast’s 3-axis CNC machining centre, and all tooling, including estimating, manufacturing, maintenance and repair of all molds, fixtures, jigs, etc., machining castings and test bars, and repairing and/or making of parts for maintenance. Prior to joining DP Cast in 1994, he was a mold-maker at Navan Precision Tooling. From 1983 to 1987, Brent was an apprentice to a journeyman at Wolfram Tool Systems. Brent’s software credentials include Solidworks and Surfcam, as well as CNC fanuc programming.

Robin Fendley, Scheduling Coordinator
As Scheduling Coordinator, Robin leverages her extensive industry experience to manage, monitor and review both production and delivery processes to enhance our customer experience. Her responsibilities also include liaising with external service partners in areas such as heat treatment and NADCAP inspection and machining. Since 1977, Robin has performed multiple progressive roles at Alcoa Howmet Castings including Planner, Expeditor, Waxroom Supervisor, Data Maintenance, Lead Hand and Assembly.
